We’re a specialty flooring contractor based in Cleveland, Tennessee, serving Southeast Tennessee, Northern Georgia, and Western North Carolina. We install high-performance systems like polyurea and epoxy garage floors, urethane cement in commercial kitchens, metallic epoxy showpieces, PolyCrete grind-and-seal, polished concrete, resin-bound rubber, quartz and flake systems, and more. If it involves concrete and a serious coating, there’s a good chance we do it—and we do it by the book.

We’re not the cheapest outfit in town, and we’re fine with that. Our pricing is straightforward, our scope is clear and in writing, and our work is backed by solid, written warranties with realistic expectations, not vague promises. Before launching Elite Flooring Solutions, Ezra spent years in computer technology and support and restaurant management—two worlds where small mistakes create big headaches fast. In 2020, he stepped into the coatings industry, working for another company and quickly got hands-on with garage floors, commercial kitchens, and decorative systems. He also got a front-row seat to what happens when upper management cuts corners to “save” money: callbacks, upset customers, and techs embarrassed to stand behind their own work.
EFS was built as a hard reset from that experience. Ezra’s mindset is simple:
Prep matters more than promotion.
Promises need to match reality.
If a system isn’t right for a slab, walk away instead of forcing it.
Today, Ezra has hundreds of floors under his belt—from small residential garages to big commercial kitchens and long-run corridors, plus high-end metallic floors that end up being the centerpiece of a home or business. His personal favorites? Metallic epoxy installs and urethane cement systems. They’re the most demanding to do correctly, but when the prep, products, and process all line up, the end result is worth every bit of the effort.
Ezra is a Cleveland, TN local, born in Western NC and raised in Southeast Tennessee, and lives here with his wife and their four kids—three girls and a baby boy. This is home, so the work EFS does isn’t anonymous. These are neighbors, referrals, and people he’ll run into at the store, the ball field, or church. That’s a big part of why he refuses to oversell or overpromise.
